Definition of Terms

BV Points – In The MyDailyChoice (MDC) AffiliateRewards Program, BV refers to Business Volume. This is a point system associated with all products and packages that allow you to create residual income with the MyDailyChoice (MDC) Affiliate Rewards Program. BV is what commissions are based on.

PV Points – In The MyDailyChoice Affiliate Rewards Program, PV refers to Personal Volume. This is the BV resulting from your personal purchases or those of your MyDailyChoice Retail Customers through your MDC Retail Website. It is used as one of the qualifications to
achieve ranks within the MDC Affiliate Rewards Program.

Active – In order to be considered an Active Affiliate, you must have a minimum of 50PV every month. Being active allows you to earn commissions and allows you to keep your rollover volume. To maximize the compensation plan for top qualifications, 100PV is required. 

Qualified – Being qualified for Binary Commissions
requires that you maintain a minimum of 100PV and
have a minimum of 100BV in personally enrolled volume
in both your left and right leg.

Binary Tree – Your Binary Tree is one of the organizational structures determines your commissions. It consists of (2) legs or teams – a left team and a right team. When you enroll a new Affiliate, they will be placed at the bottom outside of either team. When new affiliates are placed under you by your enroller, they will also be placed on the bottom outside of one of your binary teams.

Enrollment Tree – Your enrollment tree is the organizational structure used to determine your rank within the MyDailyChoice Affiliate Rewards Program. It is also used to determine your Check Match Commissions and your Rank Match Commissions. This tree consists of the Affiliates who you have personally enrolled and the Affiliates that they have personally enrolled and so on.

Auto-Delivery – Even though you may become qualified through sales to Retail Customers, the MDC Auto-Delivery Program (AD) is the most convenient way to have a monthly supply of products while maintaining compensation plan qualifications. There are two options for the MDC Auto-Delivery Program – a 50PV Auto-Delivery and a 100PV Auto-Delivery. A 50PV AD order will allow you to become active and keep your rollover volume. A 100PV AD order will allow you maximize the compensation plan.

Strong Leg – In The MyDailyChoice (MDC) Affiliate Rewards Program, the leg that has the most BV is considered your strong leg. 

Pay leg – In The MyDailyChoice (MDC) Affiliate Rewards Program, the leg with the least BV is your Pay Leg. This is the leg that you get paid on.

Rollover – As long as you are active with a minimum of 50PV when the Binary Commissions re paid, the BV from the Pay Leg is subtracted from both the Pay Leg and the Strong Leg. Th extra volume rolls over to the following month on your Strong Leg.

Definition of Terms

Leg Limiter - The maximum amount of volume toward a rank that any individual leg may count toward.

Example :
To achieve the rank of 50k affiliate, no individual leg may count toward more than 20,000BV in volume calculated40% x 50,000BV = 20,000BV. Qualified Group Volume – The amount of BV required toachieve each rank in the compensation plan is determined by your Qualified Group Volume. Each person you enroll counts as a new Enrollment Tree Leg. When calculating Qualified Group Volume for rank, no more than 40% of a rank’s required volume may come
from any individual Enrollment Tree Leg.

Example :
To achieve the rank of 10k Affiliate, and Affiliate is required to have a minimum of 10,000BV in their Enrollmenttree with no more than 40% coming from any individual leg. That means, the most BV that any leg can count for to achieve 10k Affiliate rank is 4,000BV. That is calculated by 40% x 10,000BV = 4,000BV.

So even if you have one leg that has 30,000BV in it for example, only 4,000BV can count toward your 10,000BV volume requirment to achieve the rank of 10k Affiliate. You may then complete the 10,000BV requirement with any number of legs that will add up to the remaining 6,000BV, with no more than 4,000BV coming from any other leg.

1. Retail Customer Commissions – Paid Weekly

As an Affiliate or Preferred Customer of My Daily Choice, you get the privilege of purchasing all of our industry-leading products at wholesale member pricing, which is up to 25% off of our

suggested retail price. So when you retail a product pack, you will earn the difference between the wholesale member price and the retail price. You can enroll your customers as a Retail Customer through your Retail Website. Whenthey enroll on your site, they can place an order, have it shipped directly to them, and we pay YOU a commission for that sale! Not only that, the resulting BV from the purchase can be used toward you being either Active or maxing-out the Affiliate Rewards Program.

All Affiliates are required to maintain a minimum of 50BV in personal volume each month to maintain their qualification to earn commissions through the compensation plan. All orders from your retail website count as personal BV and will qualify you with your monthly personal volume requirement.

2. Jump Start Bonuses – Paid Weekly

With up to 10 levels of Jump Start Bonuses and a potential payout of up to 85% of Business Volume (BV), the My Daily Choice Jump Start Bonuses can help you generate a lot of front end income while you build up your back end residual income. In order to be qualified for jump start bonuses, you must have at least 50PV. Each Level compresses to find the next person qualified to receive Jump Start Bonuses creating a very dynamic up-front income source for those who are ready to build.

3. Binary Team Commissions – Paid Monthly

Once that is paid out, the amount of BV you were paid on is subtracted from both teams. Any remaining BV on the Strong Leg rolls over for the next month. Binary Team Commissions and other monthly commissions are paid monthly on the first Thursday after the week in which the monthly period ends. NO FLUSHING! You can qualify for Binary Team Commissions by being at the Active Affiliate rank or above. At the end of the month, if both of your teams have at least 300 BV each, the MDC Affiliate Reward System will pay you a percentage of the team with less volume or your Pay Leg. You will earn up to 20% of the total BV in your Pay Leg. In order to be qualified for Binary Team Commissions, you must have a personally enrolled affiliate on each leg with at least 100PV.
Once that is paid out, the amount of BV you were paid on is subtracted from both teams. Any remaining BV on the Strong Leg rolls over for the next month. Binary Team Commissions and other monthly commissions are paid monthly on the first Thursday after the week in which the monthly period ends.
